Aikwood Tower. Restored sixteenth century tower house. Present day home of The Lord Steel of Aikwood.  The lands of Aikwood were granted, in 1517, on behalf of the infant King James V, to Maister Michael Scott, namesake of the thirteenth century scholar on whom the legends of wizardry are founded.

Floors Castle. Home of Duke & Duchess of Roxburghe.  House. Grounds. Garden centre.  The largest inhabited house in Scotland, Floors Castle is home to the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe and their family.
