Praise Gathering 08 concerts will take place in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Saturday 14th June at 7.30pm and Sunday 15th June at 7.30pm.

New Wine in England. New Wine organise some very inspirational get-togethers with spirit-filled speakers and soul tapping music. They have events in Shepton Mallet and Newark  (shame, you can't go to both!)

Keswick Convention. A huge event held over three weeks in the lovely Lake District- 12th July to 1st August 2008.

Abundant Life Ministries in Bradford. Lots of things going on. Cherish, a conference by women for women. Highly organised and polished get-together. It has become so huge that from 2006 they have it over two separate weeks in June. Ladies, chill-out with the Lord, and your mates. There's Rock Nations concert for the crazy young who just can't sit still and worship - 8-11th August 07. There's other stuff too. Take a look at their site.

Alpha. I know that Alpha is not an event but it is a course so there's a vague similarity. Take a look at their site and see what Alpha can do for you. They have courses all over the country. Make a new friend, get a life, get Alpha, get Jesus.

24-7 Maybe not what you call an event yet it should be, an all day, every day event, prayer should be non-stop. 24-7 prayer gives you ideas and encouragement to do this. If we don't speak to our Father then how can we have a relationship with him.

Boiler Rooms Not exactly an event either but I think they need supporting so here it is! What is a boiler room? It is a simple Christian community that practices a daily rhythm of prayer, study and celebration whilst caring actively for the poor and the lost. For more information I think a visit to their web site would be a good idea. This is a journey with Christ-like intention and shows what prayer can do.
